To Someone Who'd Appreciate Them

If I couldn’t give myself wings for a day, then I would give them to someone that deserves them and would appreciate them more than I would. Most of us have the opportunity to walk and use our legs to get around, but there are others that have either lost their legs or were born without them. I think I’d give these wings to someone who fought bravely for our country but was wounded and now can’t get around like before; someone who earned them and would appreciate them.
We could go skydiving together while I use a parachute, or take an air trip over a famous place or city. Or I would just let him do whatever he wants with them and live up that day. I think that’s what I would do with those wings, give them to someone who deserves them. They’d probably use them more wisely than some of us as well.

  1. Wow that is way nicer than I was with my wings. But I think you're right..some people really do deserve to have a chance to fly for a day!

  2. I think that's a great use. It's very nice of you to think of others like that, especially thinking of those you don't know.

  3. A great idea Jason. I love that you though about restoring to one what was once had that is common, but no longer enjoyed. This is much more meaningful and fulfilling. Ataboy!
