I would gladly accept this note. It seems genuine and the least creepy of the
three notes. I feel like I would be more
willing to meet this boy because he obviously is a really close friend. This boy is really good at establishing
ethos, or credibility, because he states he is one of my best friends. I like how he mentions that no matter what happens,
either way he will be there for me. That
shows that he really cares about my feelings and cares too much about our
relationship to make things awkward. He
makes an emotional appeal when he says, “I feel it is my responsibility to
remind you this Valentine’s Day of how special you are.” What girl wouldn’t
love to hear that? By establishing his credibility, and showing that he really
cares about me, I feel like I can trust him.
Plus, I LOVE roses…
I really like how he says he is ok with being more than friends and still just being friends as well. How he will always be there for me. I liked how you made that point. I would accept this note, too.
